A private short course for those who have done a hypnobirthing course before and would like a refresher. Available via Zoom or in person in the comfort of your own home if you are based in South East London.
Course Outline
My hypnobirthing refresher courses are totally flexible and all about you! We'll chat about how you felt about your last birth, what you'd like to focus on this time, and where you think a little refresher would be helpful.
You will receive
1 x 2.5 hour private class in the comfort of your own home (available to those living in South East London) or via Zoom.
